Concrete typically takes 28 days to fully cure, but it's usually dry enough to walk on after 24–48 hours. Again, it may vary depending on the project, size and even weather. Its best to ask a professional on site for a recommended cure time.

Any fence or wall above six (6) feet in height shall be designed and engineered by an architect or engineer registered with the State of New Mexico. Except in Manufacturing and Industrial zoned districts, no fence or wall, whether for retaining or screen purposes, shall exceed seven (7) feet in height.
